Bus route changes during Bele Chere, July 24 & 25
*ASHEVILLE TRANSIT WILL DETOUR NORMALLY SCHEDULED ROUTES IN DOWNTOWN ASHEVILLE during Bele Chere | Beginning Thurs., July 23, 2009, at 5 p.m. through Sat., July 25, Asheville Transit officials announce that all route times and destinations will remain the same, except as routes enter and exit downtown Asheville. Affected bus routes are: Route 2 (Merrimon Ave.); Route 4 (Kenilworth/Asheville Mall); Route 5 (Charlotte St.); Route 11 (Montford Ave.); Route 13 (Tunnel Rd./Oteen/Haw Creek); Route 15 (Patton Ave./Dearview); Route 18 (UNCA/AB Tech); Route 26 (Tunnel Rd./"China-Mart"); Route 28 (Black Mt.); Route 29 (Warren Wilson); Route 54 (Weaverville); Route 36E (South Asheville); Route 51E (Montford Ave.); Route 52E (Merrimon Ave.). | For specific detour details, call 828-253-5691 or visit ashevilletransit.com or Click Here>
