LISA RINGELSPAUGH-IRVINE RELEASES TWO NEW URBAN TRAIL EDITIONS

Lisa Ringelspaugh-Irvine, an accomplished nationally known watercolor artist, is now offering to the public, two additional images in her celebrated Urban Trail series.

Lisa's first new image, entitled "Angel," is a vibrant and dynamic interpretation form the sculpture found on Pack Square in downtown Asheville. "Angel" pays homage to Thomas Wolfe's book "Look Homeward Angel."

Lisa's second new image presents a humorous point of view in "To Market, To Market," which honors the historic market that once existed in the heart of downtown Asheville.

Both of Ringelspaugh-Irvine's new original paintings, as well as her signed limited edition giclees, can be purchased through Merrimon Galleries, which is located on Merrimon Avenue in north Asheville.

Her limited editions giclees of her Urban Trail series are sold downtown at the Asheville Area Arts Council on Biltmore Avenue, Mountain Made in the Grove Arcade, and the Frugal Framer on Cherry Street. In the Biltmore Village area, Lisa's giclees are sold at Blackbird Frame and Art.

Lisa is well known for her strong use of light and color that delights and satisfies both the novice and the experienced collector. Her watercolors have a palpable energy that draws the viewer in. During LIsa's imressive career, she has created over 3,500 watercolors for both public and private collections across the United States and in Europe. Lisa and her husband reside in Asheville.
