Frank Adams, author of the book, entitled "Democracy in the Workplace," has been involved with years with OurBiz.biz, an excellent blog that deals with worker-owned issues and stories of success.

This blog focuses on worker-owned businesses and cooperative ownership issues. It was created in part by Frank T. Adams of SACCO, Inc., an Asheville, North Carolina-based consulting firm. SACCO, Inc., is also known as Southern Appalachian Center for Cooperative Ownership.
