Texas Trip for Seniors Asheville Parks and Recreation Trip to San Antonio, Texas on April 22-30, 2006 PRIMETIME SENIOR TRAVEL PROGRAM ANNOUNCES TRIP The Asheville Parks and Recreation Department will sponsor a trip to San Antonio, Texas, through its PrimeTime Travel program for senior citizens. The nine days-eight nights trip will be April 22-30, 2006. This exciting travel and entertainment package will include deluxe motorcoach transportation, eight nights hotel accommodations, fourteen meals, and guided tours of San Antonio. Tours will feature the Battleship USS Alabama in Mobile, the famous Alamo and the San Antonio Missions National Park, the McNay Art Museum, the Institute of Texan Cultures, an evening cruise along San Antonio's River Walk District, visits to the National Museum of the Pacific War in Fredricksburg, to Lyndon B. Johnson's birthplace, and to the Acadian Village in Lafayette, LA. Cost for the San Antonio trip package: $749 per person, double occupancy. Reservation payment is due by March 31, 2006.
