*2008 BELE CHERE FESTIVAL July 25, 26 & 27 | A well-behaved, music-loving, got-to-dance crowd has had a wonderful two days at the 30th anniversary of Bele Chere. Only one day remains. Enjoy the free musical acts at five remaining venues throughout Downtown Asheville's largest and mostly free annual street party. SPECIAL NOTE: No beer will be sold on the streets today; only in restaurants.
